What the Ladybird Heard

Primary 1a are busy working on a Literacy Topic based around our BookBug gift 'What the Ladybird Heard'. It is a fantastic book!

We have been using the book in class and at home. With our friends in rooms 2 and 3, we have made animal masks and maps. At writing time we have been learning about alliteration! Room 1 has used the words from the book to do lots of writing as well!

Next week, our primary 7 buddies are coming to visit to see all our hard work. Look at the lovely invites we have made!

I really enjoyed reading this book with Heather. She was very excited and has talked about all the activities she has done in class related to the story.
