RME Welcoming a Baby

Primary 1 went on a special trip to Trinity Church recently. Our R.M.E. topic this term is Welcoming a Baby. Mr Steele told us all about what a baby needs and how a baby is baptised. Our class got the chance to ask questions about how a baby is welcomed into the church community.

We also got the chance to explore the church. Mr Steele was kind enough to tell us all about the pulpit, the communion table, the baptismal font and the lectern. You can see from our pictures we had a fantastic time!
